Purchased a pair of Hoverkicks shoes for my son and that was supposed to be his Christmas present. And as we all know Christmas was a long time ago, and it’s already mid April, but still no shoes. I contacted them in January and March and they said that my order was on its way. Every time I contacted them they said one and the same thing. The worst part is that they let my cancel my order! When I tried to cancel it they said that their policy did not allow them to do that. They said that I can only get a refund or a replacement but first I have to wait for my order and then send it back to their office. The whole thing seems like a scam, I’m 100% sure they never shipped anything!
