Purchased Huggies Wonder Pant from BIG BAZAAR. But it was leakage problem. Immediately called HUL customer care number and they provide me one complain number [protected] on 19th August 2018 and communicate that we will get replacement within 10 working days. On 27th August got one call from HUL that my product will deliver within 2 days. But not received. On 7th September again I called HUL for same they communicate they currently Huggies Wonder Pant not in stock. But in market Huggies Wonder Pant is available any shop and super market. They shared that by Monday 10th September they will call us with Courier tracking number. But still not get any call and any information. Today 11th September called and asked the status but customer care executive SHARITA not listen anything from and using bad language and told me that we can do anything for this and we can complanin any one. Even not given me any information and cut my phone calls without talking with me. Using bad language and try do harrassing over phone and doing argument with me again and again. Last any finally he cut my phone calls and not give me courier tracking number, even not share when we can get this product. As a fact we have cheated by HUL. Looking for solutions, regarding this matter.
