Get your hats straght, Hyundai! | I did Not buy a KIA. | Stop messing up my credit report!. | You are making it look like I’m paying for two vehicles at the same time!! | Hyundai Motor Finace continues to report my vehicle under the name of “Kia Motor Finance” to TransUnion Credit. | No matter of correspondence will get these individuals to Correct Themselves! | Hyundai wears two hats! Kia Motor Finance and Hyundai Motor Finance. They must have poorly qualified employees because their employees reported my account to TransUnion as a Kia Motor while reporting it correctly to Experian Credit and Equifax Credit as a Hyundai Motor. | How ’bout stopped pretending you did not get my correspondence as you are stating on the phone and get your credit reporting corrected.

Hyundai Finance owed the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) money. Considering this is a basic cost of doing business, I don’t understand how this error occurred. They apparently ignored ADOT’s repeated requests for payment, so ADOT sent a letter to EVERY Hyundai leaseholder in the state threatening them with non-licesence plate renewal for their Hyundai cars. Note that these folks had NOTHING to do with this. The fact that innocent consumers are pulled into a dispute between these two entities didn’t bother either one (Hyundai or ADOT) which is shameless. But, it gets worse. ADOT threatened all Hyundai car lease holders in the state of Arizona with the information that they cannot buy or sell ANY OTHER CAR THEY LEGALLY OWN!!! Plus, they cannot renew those registrations, subjecting them to future legal action, impoundment, etc. Again, these consumers have done nothing wrong, except lease a car from Hyundai. | We called the dealer where the car was purchased, in Apache Junction, AZ and they blew us off. They told us it was our problem with Hyundai finance, where we got a robo call answer. ADOT said there dept that handled this closed at 3:30 pm, we got the notice at 3:35 pm and besides it wasn’t there problem either.

I had a few leases with Hyundai motors. I had a 2011 sonata lease and I have payments set on their auto pay system in which they took payment from my checking each month on same date. Six months before lease was to expire they sent me offer to turn in lease early and they woud waive the last 6 payments. I took them up on offer and got a 2013 sonata. On setting up my new 2013 lease for auto pay paymentsI notice they still had my old lease still on my account with their leasing dept. So I told them to please remove since I no longer had that 2011 lease under the MOVE AHEAD PROGRAM where they waived my last 6 payments. I made at least 8 calls thereafter when the old 2011 lease car was turned back under the move ahead program but still showing on my account with Hyundia leasing dept. I was concerned since I wanted to be sure they did not report the payments they were going to waive as being late. Their cusomter service assured me they would not report that as late payments and by the way you can never get to talk with the office in Fountain Valley CA that handles the credit reporting and billing and there is no phone number or email address to that location office. | Well I just pulled my credit report and guess what Hyundia reported those 6 payments they were to waive as late payments on my credit report, and to make matters even worst I did another program with them on the 2013 sonata to turn that back in Aug. of 2015 and the would waive the last 3 payments if I lease or purchased a new 2016 in which I did purchase a 2016 Santa fe sport, and guess what else was showing on my free credit reports I just pulled on 12/10/2015 Hyundia motors finance reported those last 3 payment they were to waive as late payments on my credit report also. Now I have spent so far 20 hours on phone with their cusomter service and they refuse to give me the direct phone number or email address to Hyundia Motors finance dept that does billing and credit reporting accounts and told me to send them a letter at a post office box. | I find that just crazy like a crook trying to hide. So now this may takes months to fix and many hours of my time for their failure to report stuff correctly and it seems that the left hand fails to tell the right hand the facts since they use call centers instead of direct line to the problem sourse. So what I can say once I get this corrected Hyundai Motors will not have to worry about sending me out any more offers since this is my last vehicle with them and I purchased so far 5 vehicles with them and sent them tons of customers who purchased. Now I tell everyone how Hyundai motors screwed me over with false credit reporting. The dealership I purchase these vehicle said I am not the first to have this issue. I guess maybe hiring a good attorney will help speed up the corrections of their wrong doing. So trust me if you have a same issue like this you better plan on a lot of stress and your time be wasted for their mistakes.

I have a Hyundai Sonata” 2014 “it had a few issues that were fixed to my surprise being such a new car i was shocked i figured brand new 4miles 0- problems right thats what you think when buying a new car WRONG! I started to hear knocking noises sounded like it was coming from both sides while making right and left turns, i thought it was my breaks so i purchased new breaks from Napa parts it was still happening so i had the breaks replaced and still doing the same i decided to get a refund and go somewhere else i went to Auto Zone bought some for $90 had them put on and still same thing i was told to buy new disk as well that should fix the problems so i did. But still not working im like thats it whats going on i thought maybe the breaks were defective because thats what the sales guy stated that sometimes that happens and being a female i went with it. So finally i made an appointment took it to florin Hyundai in Sacramento they immediately started working on my vehicle i waiting for about 45 min max and the finished work order stated i had 2 bad axels that had to be replaced keep im mind i dont know how long thats supposed to take, so i left thinking my car is fine now and the nightmare is over. | I didnt here no more knocking on the 40 min drive home till a week later it started again but this time it was worse and louder omg!! So i made an appointment at Roseville Hyundai with Rob i gave him a run down of what was happening and he was shocked to see nothing was done at all to my car no notes or work orders saved to my account or no issued warranty has ever been used he said you only can use a manufacturer warranty once. And seems like this will be your 1st time ever using your warranty to cover this issue do you want to use it i said yes and a matter a fact i have the original work order they gave me he read it and said your right they did replace both i wonder why its not listed under your account he said its showing available under warranty so we shouldn’t have a problem but if your right and they already changed them out for you once already we cant replace using warranty again you would be charged and have to pay now? So he phoned florin Hyundai and they said they cant find the work order for that account so he didnt want to waist no more time he wanted to just get started on my car so i can get going. Then he called me saying he spoke to parts department and they said no parts were never ordered on that date so transferred him over to billing but their billing department said there’s nothing to be found. He said to be honest something weired is going on as a manager from 11 plus years as service department never have i seen this happen before because there are steps we are supposed to take and here it looks like they made up a fake work order there are no part numbers nor complete details nothings coming up under your account as a receipt. But let my guys get your car worked on and i can tell you more once the job is completed. 6 hours later i went back to pick up my car there was way more paperwork and descriptions of what was done to my car and parts that needed replacement, the service guy came out and said this job is no where near under an hour that should of been a red flag i saw the paperwork you showed rob and thats suspicious to me. Anyway long story short they lied made up fake paperwork on a job that never was worked on my axels were bad they showed me the before and after. I couldn’t believe it places well known like Hyundai dealership should have done a better job and not letting a valued customer leave thinking the job was done.

I have been working with them since November 2013. I had a serious medical issue occur in April 2015 and fell behind in my payments but have been working to become current. Bottom line is that despite my efforts in trying to get my payments current, and being told that no repossession would occur, my vehicle was repossessed on Sunday, November 22nd. After being on the phone for 10 hours on Monday, November 23rd and half the day Tuesday, November 24th, we finally were able to get the car back. What we haven’t been able to get is any sort of documentation from Hyundai, American Recovery who Hyundai contracted for the repossession and the tow company that actually picked up the vehicle New England Associates. I called Hyundai after we got the vehicle and was told that they don’t provide any documenatation that it’s for internal use only. They told me my confirmation numbers for the payments on my debit card were my documentation. I am quite disappointed in the way this whole issue was handled from when it first started in September to now. It seems that the more proactive you are with Hyundai, the less it matters. Beware of the false promises and the lack of knowledge that Hyundai Motor Finance has, and the unethical practices it uses.
