Requested samples – suppose to cost nothing. In terms and conditions its says you have to return in 16 days from the day of request. I’m located in Australia, by the time the samples are sent and received and you actually get to trial them. You are unable to send them back to the company within the 16 day time frame. I rang and cancelled with them and the still took unauthorized money out of my account. Not once but 3 times!! Customer I am request a refund.

To our surprise we were charged AUD $281.44 for two product which were meant to be for AUD$5.00 each, as advertised on the promotion. I would like to return this product as we would never pay for two little jar of cream and oil at this exorbitant price. I hope to receive a refund as we haven”t even used the product, and we will return it unused. Is this a scam to catch people in a trial promotion, which obviously we got caught in it. This company is so deceitful! It doesn’t mention its in us dollar for one so when you pay for postage its twice as much as expected then they add on another product that you know nothing about and pay postage all over again let alone international transaction fees and then they start taking $130 dollar increments out of your credit card with more int trans fees! I sent the products back wiht out even opening and trying because I felt they were trouble form the beginning because of their lack of transparency! Do not try this product I demanded they give me my money back and they didn’t even give me the full amount back… They’re theives

They take money out of your credit card without authority. Their products and service are terrible. There is a huge scam page on them in America. I wished I had checked that beforehand. I am in debt hundreds of dollars for a product that one burned my skin and the rest I did not find work. They claim I did not cancel which is so wrong. I cancelled two days after use of the idrotherapy. I believed the girl cancelled it and also cancelled the argun. It was NOT DONE. The company is not interested in refunding they are only interested in getting money for worthless products one of which is very harmful if you have a sensitive skin. Warning they only deal in call centres so you have no paper trail

The add specified that the cream and oil were free, you just had to pay for transport. I received a charge on my Visa for $19.48Cdn as the charges were in US dollars which was not mentioned in the add. It was shipped from Mississauga, Ontario, so I don”t really understand why I had to pay for the exchange. I go away on vacation and when I come back, I have another package of cream and oil in the mail. I called Visa and they said that I had a charge for $527.98 Cdn from Idrotherapy. I immediately cancelled my card. I never approved this second shipment but apparently, the man at Visa told me, it was written in very small characters that if I did not return the cream and oil within 14 days, I was approving further shipments. He said that I was not the only one who got taken. I paid the bill and cancelled the card. TOTAL SCAM!! I threw the cream away, I would be afraid to use it, too many chemicals!
