Bought a dress from IKmDresses and the one arrived was super ugly and looked nothing like pictures! I contacted customer service right away and asked for a refund but they refused. Then I sent them a picture and they said “So what? There is nothing wrong with it”! Are you kidding me?? I told them to look closer and receive the same reply! These people are blind or what? Material was not the same, the shape of the dress was incorrect, it was almost see through because the material was extremely thin. And they still claim that there is no difference between their pictures and mine! Never again! Criminals!
