On April 14, 2014, I entered into a five-year conract to clean my dryer vent. The cost of the contract was $299. The initial cleaning was done on 4/14/2016. Since the initial cleanig, my home has been foreclosed upon, and I am forced to move into an apartment in June 2017. I called and asked for a pro-rated refund of the unused services. I was told no and told their attorney would cotact me. I havent heard fro them or their attorney, and I am considering filing a small claims action against them to return my four-year overpayment. | There is no language anywhere in the contract which says “no refunds” and it is inexcusable that they won’t return that part of my payment which cannot and will not be used, under the circumstances. | This is a giant rip off and they should be put out of business!
