Date: 26/12/2016 I am utterly very disappointed, while I’m waited for going back to Malaysia and during check in my luggage, the staff only open three counter, for Malaysia Airlines while the counter for Jinx Air is more than three, all the families need to make long queue that includes all the family members and as for me i bring my aunt and she’s on the wheel chair and we need to wait for a long time. The counter for Jinx Air already finish to check in the passengers and as for us we still wait with three counter. I hope that the company can take this issue seriously because it will make the other passenger getting frustrated with the long queue and late service.
