Seems like here comes another compliant that won’t be resolved, and I’m sure I’m complaining about things that were complaint about, two years ago, as well … I have also been a happy and always supportive client of Intercape, until today, and no more … The toilet is either broken or so dirty that, the bus driver stops next to the road, and hands special clients a roll of toilet paper, . I am saying special clients, because when I, and many, also wanted to urinate, I was denied . . . The 15 min refreshment stops are at the drivers discretion, if you’re a young lady, you can have up to a half hour at a refreshment stop, otherwise, just shut up and sit down, I was told, so yes, another rude driver, a rotten potato, influencing a friendly co-employee of Intercape . . . This will be my last trip making use of Intercape, no more, [censored] you all

To whom it may concern I am extremely unhappy with the service intercape offered me on my trip from paarl to humansdorp. First we get to somerset west, then there is something wrong with the bus. So they bring another bus after standing a hour min waiting. The bus gets there then we are off. We get to riviersonderend and then the bus gives also some kind of trouble. Because of this I am gona miss a very important job interview tommorrow because of intercape failure to live up to their slogan. Safe yes, dependable no, affordable yes. Extremely dissapointed. I insist that intercape reimburses me for my ticket and give me a voucher. On the bus intercape shows of all the inspections that is done on a bus before it departures.. Clearly thats not the case.. This was a date 30 August 2017, the bus had to leave at 17:30 and we only left at 18:30 with an hour delay. The excuse given was traffic staff by the gate very rude with chubby guy wearing black at white saying the bus is late nothing can be done might as well accept. We were standing for an hour whilst other buses like Greyhound and APM were announced on time travelling on the same traffic. I have never been given a lame excuse in business, i called now i got transferred as no one wanted to take accountability a guy by the name of Chad eventually answered with same lame excuse.this is very unproffessional and lastly in the bus a lady asked why they just change channels she was given a rude a response the guy very arrogant saying “ndyakuphoxa ngaphezu kwam ” look for translation its un Zulu very shocking response. the worst bus service ever..bis 053 from paarl to Joburg which left on 09 july..outside.of kroonstaad stuck for almst 5 hours waiting for bus to be fixed..no care was given to is..only to be told by a very rude driver that we can call the company and complain if we want..no food or water provided as we stood on the side of the road awaiting a bus coming from johannesburg to rescue us from this tragedy..thos service is both disgusting and inhumane…a disgrace

The driver got us lost. Wasted 3.5 hrs on the wrong route. Got me home at 2am in the morning. They dont give a damn abt their passengers. They say they have control room tracking the buses but that”s obviously a lie or the driver would not have gone so far off route. It took 3.5hrs into the bush before they realised something is wrong. Shocking that they advertise that they are reliable. Blantly false advertising.

The bus left Durban at 11pm and for and it was stated that we”ll arrive in joburg at 6:15 for that reason I booked a second ticket to go to Mpumalanga when I arrive in joburg and here we now arrive at joburg at 07:30 and the driver is not telling us anything at all he just stops whenever he likes but he doesn”t communicate with us the reason for the stop

The bus departed from durban station to Johannesburg park station at 23:00 on the 17th of june 2018 and arrived at 06:15 18 jund 2018. The bus drivers of this bus refused to switch of the freezing air condition system or atleast to raise the temperature slighlty. I and other customers of intercape asked them to raise the temperature and they just did not bother and kept on saying they are trying or in my case, told me that the system does not work. The temperature was so low that I couldn”t feel my hands and feet. As a loyal customer of intercape I expect something to be done about these drivers, I feel sorry for customers who brought childern along on this unpleasant journey that we had. If conformation of this is needed, contact any of the customers who where on this bus and they will tell you the same. Regards Loyal intercape customer

So here I am, myself and the rest of everyone on the bus here with me. Left durban to go to jo’burg at 22:00 last night, 4 hours later after 2 unexplained delays, we are stuck in estcourt, the problem: “the bus is overheating and the water pipe is bust”. I thought intercape “checks their buses for service blah-blah, or whatever they call it. This is completely unacceptable. The apparent solutions have went from”we’re waiting for another bus”to”a mechanic from somewhere in estcourt is on the way”. I run out of words to explain the kind of inconvenience this is going to cause me right now because i’ve got business to do in jo’burg and still have to get back to durban to work in the next 24 hours. Completely unacceptable intercape!! Im thoroughly disappointed!

Seriously, I don’t know why you operate the bus number 302 here in Oshakati Namibia, the bus always brakes down my goodness. You promised me last time that this situation is going to be checked but it’s still the same situation. Why do you still operate this bus. Now it broke down once again and we have to be late for our meetings. Every month we use intercape to go to Windhoek for meetings and once again this broken bus that is being operated broke down. Please remove this bus from the road!!! From the moment I climbed in it I knew the problem was not fixed because of the way the engine was sounding but I told myself not to judge and here I am again stuck with my colleagues!!! Come on Intercape!!!????????????????????

Someone did my booking for me and my kids. I got on on cape town when i got on the bus to sit i saw that i am sitting behind my kids and on the opposite side of my kids there was a place open i went to sit there till the next stop. So i decided that maybe i should ask if i cant just sit there and when the person comes i wil then just ask if we could swop places my kids are 9 and 5. And when i asked the buss attended he said NO i cant sit there but the seat is open… i will never travel intercape again. Please give your people training on how to speak to your customers

The bus delayed with 2 hours after we lived johannesburg because there was some fault… we had to stay on a garage for more than 2 hours of which that automatically change the arrival time in our destination. That also put us on an unplanned budget to look for uber because we will arrive later by 2/ 3 hours time than the assumed time. Whe I ask for driver to live me before arrival point ( and I was not asking them to be off route but on the route JUST stop next to the road and drop me they asked me for a Drink) when I asked what time of a drink they said any amount I have????????. Yet intercape is the one who smwas at fault and I should pay for that fault. I did ask the lady who was working at Pretoria if I can be dropped just before PMb Stop and she said yes, I only have to speak to the drivers not that I have to pay extra.. Intercape service is wack??????
