Evoice has been wrongly charging me for over a year. I plan to seek legal action for the wrongful charges accumulated on my account, even after I spoke to a representative and was assured that these services were removed from my account. The unauthorized charging of my account as of February 2017 on the part of Evoice and all associated parties is an act of negligence, unfair business practices, violation of consumer legal remedies, breach of the Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing, Money Had and Received, unjust Enrichment and a direct violation of my consumer rights. I received no assistance from customer service agent Gin, who stated it was not his problem. I am appalled by the mistreatment and fraudulent practices upheld by this company and demand my account be rectified.
