Sales staff was excellent. It’s sad to see a dedicated staff working for poor management. JM held $7500 of my down payment for 6 months and refused to refund me. Finally, I lied and told them I went out of business. They were “so sad” and refunded $5300. | I asked where the other $2200 went and their response was, “Sign here or you don’t get anything.” I admitted that I had no choice because I needed the money, but they still owe me $2200. What a poor way to treat people. I’m still in business, fortunately. They called to let me know they disapprove of the vendor I replaced them with. Wtf?!?
