My primary clinical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Most often, I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, bipolar disorder, and difficulties adjusting to intense stress. I am also experienced in working with individuals from various sexual and relationship orientations. I work to help clients understand and enhance their personal strengths while developing coping skills and helpful tools to address their concerns. Evening hours and Video therapy may be available in certain circumstances.I have a casual, comfortable, and professional atmosphere where people feel welcome and respected.
