By way of commitment to Jenkins Restorations, I am offering my final remarks on the project I”ve posted complaints about previously. Once Jenkins re-assigned my effort to a new management team (i.e., corporately), I received the attention and care I would have hoped had been applied since the beginning of the project. Unfortunately, the damage had already been done which we had to bring to negotiated settlement.
