I want to help my clients make positive changes in their lives and be more happier and full-filled individuals. I want to focus with them on the overall goal of being a better person than they were yesterday. I believe taking small steps at a time can go a long way to their optimal well being. I have been in the field of psychology for the past two years post a master’s degree. However, prior to that I worked with many disorders such as depression, anxiety, and substance use. I bring forth this experience to help my clients achieve their goals in a collaborative way. I can help by being an active team member and support my client’s cause while also being a motivational guide towards achieving the goals. I offer comfort and safety to allow my clients to fully explore their challenges and to face them.
