Seeking counseling can be scary or overwhelming – especially if you’re feeling vulnerable or upset. My goal is to make therapy a safe, supported experience. My style is warm, holistic and empowering. In those moments when you think you can’t, I know you can. I’ve had many clients beat amazing odds – overcoming depression, anxiety and past hurts. I’ve had clients leave bad relationships when they were sure they couldn’t and others found happiness and healthy relationships. I am confident and hopeful you could find peace and joy too.I use a Trauma-Informed approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person Centered and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy and Mindfulness strategies for those who are open to moving – or to being still. I also work with individuals or couples wanting to adopt – privately or from foster care. I love helping people but know that YOU are the expert on YOU and you alone have your answers. What I do best is provide a safe space and guidance for you to find those answers and the strength to do what you decide must be done.
