I hired Jim runciman to complete a project for us he came in we agreed he did everything wrong his work failed the city inspection he demanded i pay him which i did he said he will return to fix everything he never came back he didnt give me a receipt he ignored my calls and messages his work done already falling apart please be aware dealing with him
