I am is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a graduate of Rollins College. I treat adolescents, adults and their families with individual, couples and family therapy. I work with people in a collaborative manner with focus on the mind/body connection and healing from a holistic and cognitive/behavioral approach with ART for quick resolution of trauma . It is my belief that everyone has the power within themselves for positive change but may just need some guidance and new tools at various points in their lifetime.
