This is a summary of my experience. | Wrong floor installed and replaced with out removal of the old floor. | Not advised on the correct size carpet needed for my home to avoid seams all over the place. Based on that the first installer refused to install. Cost to return carpet $860. | I decided not to return and go forward with second installer. He couldn’t finish the job as there was not enough carpet. Had to wait for reorder. | Next tile installer was unable to complete job as there wasn’t enough tile. Had to wait for reorder. | I was never advised by the store of the time line for completion. These are just the highlights. there were other issues. Installation started December 12 and not completed until January 16. | I wrote a letter to the General Manager at the end of the project outlining my experience and requesting a reduction in the bill on Monday. I did not receive any response until a dunning letter was received on Thursday. I then called and was yelled at for about ten minutes. Jacqueline stated that I was nothing but a complainer, petty, and not an honorable person because I didn’t pay my bill. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I was never rude or discourteous to any staff. I have paid the bill but will continue to seek financial remedy.
