Ranquet Emma Sundvej 2, 3 TH 8700, Horsens Danemark [protected]@gmail.com +[protected] Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing in order to complain about the poor service provided by your online store, justFab.dk. Indeed, on the 09/10/2018 I ordered an item in your online store (JustFab.dk) and I did not untick the offer that permit to become a VIP member. However, this offer was not obvious to notice and I have not, at any moments by mail or by any other means of contact, been informed of this registration. So I paid 46, 79 euros the 06/11/2018, 46, 76 euros the 07/12/2018 and 46, 74 euros the 07/01/2019, against my will as I did not know I was a VIP member. Besides, you will notice that I have not ordered anything else since the 09/10/2018. It shows that I had no need to use this VIP offer. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could give me a refund of my 140, 29 euros that have been taken from me. I trust you will understand my situation, I am a student and I can”t afford this kind of service. Best regards, Emma Ranquet

This site scammed me. After visiting the site due to seeing their advertisements everywhere online, I took advantage of a really good deal for shoes which I intended to be a one time thing. During the checkout process, I was offered the option to sign up for a vip membership where I would be charged 40 dollars a month toward shoes, which I intentionally, after reading about the membership, declined. Nowhere on the site did I see that taking advantage of the deal I used to get the inexpensive shoes would automatically sign me up for this program. If this was the case, I would have expected a clear explanation before checkout, not an ‘opt out’ option that would not be honored once the shoes were purchased. On top of that, I was supposed to have received an email notifying me that I had until the 5th of the next month to opt out of the $40 vip automatic credit, which I also did not receive. I didn’t even know I was enrolled in this program until the next month when I did receive such an email and had already been charged $40. Seeing what had happened I called customer service who ignored my dissatisfaction and outrage, telling me I had signed up for this program and if I chose to cancel my account I would forfeit my $40 credit. I got off the phone with the unhelpful snide woman and she apparently canceled my account based on some dissatisfied comment I made, which again, I did not know about. I also got on a chat with a customer service person who said they couldn’t help me I would have to call. So I sent an email. I received no response. I’m am disgusted by the tactics of this site and their customer service. What I will say is that the shoes I received were of decent quality for the price, although they obviously ended up costing more than I originally thought. Oh and I was able to reactivate my account getting back the 40$ towards shoes. I don’t need any more shoes, I need my money. But at least they didn’t flat out steal it from me.

This site is a nightmare! I have been a member of shoedazzle for a year now, and they are 1000x better than jf! I swore I canceled my account with jf prior to a new showroom release, but then I saw a charge from them for $39.95. I tried calling, but good luck ever getting through! I waited 18 minutes once before just giving up. The live chat is almost never available and they just give you automated messages and barely help the problem. Credits aren”t transferable, so I couldn”t give it to someone. So I had to buy something or forfeit my $39.95 turned credit. I bought a purse & I hate it! It smells like fish bait, it”s uglier in person, but I won”t be returning it because I don”t want to deal with the customer service. I called today to cancel and the lady would simply not let me. She went on and on about the october showrooms & how i”m “totally going to like it”. She offered me a 25% off discount. After her rant of trying to convince me to stay, she never mentioned the discount again. When I asked a question about “how to use it” there was a long pause and was like “um what? Your phone is breaking up.” no it wasn”t, you just want to sucker me into staying & completely rip me off. She then proceeded to say that i”ll have to call in on monday with my order to use the 25% off. That”s stupid – the new rooms come out on saturday… And if I do “happen” to like something, it”ll probably be gone in my size. I”m going to call monday regardless to cancel my account. I would never recommend this site to anyone – it”s not worth the aggravation. Customer service is horrible! They don”t answer, and when they do, the problem isn”t solved. Take your business to shoedazzle! It”s so much better.

This is the worst company ever with their policies. I purchased from them the first inital 50% promotion when you sign up. I had to return my shoes and they only gave me store credit so I would not loose my promotional price on another pair of shoes. I knew about the monthly credits of 39.95 that come straight out of the account that you purchased last with. To avoid them charging you you have to skip that month. This is the worst theory ever. My life is way to busy to keep track of this crap. I did end up missing a month to skip because we were in the process of moving into a new home next thing I know the 39.95 had been taken out of my account. I decided to use the “store credit” and the shoe I got did not fit so I decided to ask for a refund not a store credit or exchange but would you know it that they do not give refunds from the store credits even though they so graciously take it out of your account!!! I am so mad!! Its my money and I should have every right to be able to do whatever I want with that money… This company has the worse refund system I have ever heard of. It is unfair and a rip off… I have cancled my account and now making it know to the public that this company is riduculous and do not deserve any buisness from anyone they need to fall off the face of the earth!!. Oh and when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor about their policies they told me they did not have either! So the customer service reps just work under their own supervison… Makes no sense. Whatever you do do not get a memebership with justfab.com they are unfair and not worth your time. Pluse their shoes suck!!!

This is for people who are contemplating whether or not they should buy products off of justfab! Dont do it!!! I found out about the company through their ads and decided to check out the page… Like many I was drawn into it by their $39.95 deals on shoes, and I got sucked into buying a pair when I found out the first product would be half off. I was completely fine with joining a membership, because I am a “vip member” of many different retail shops of course none making me pay $40 a month!!! Just fab does! They will automatically deduct $40 out of your account every month whether or not you want to buy something or not. They claim, you can “skip the month” by going on the page between the 1 and 5 of every month and clicking a button but 1) what woman, between worrying about all sorts of bills well remember to go to this websites page and click skip 2) heard of many people who clicked skip and still were charged the $40. Im still waiting on my order… They sent me a tracking number.. Which when I called fedex said they didnt have a record of it. Oh and when I just called to cancel my membership, I literally had to fight with the lady on the phone to get me to cancel it. She talked for a straight 2 minutes telling me to keep the account while I literally tried to talk over her and say no just cancel my account> I now will call my credit card company and make sure just fab does not try to take out any more money. Dont do it! Its a shady online site! There are so many other places where you can get cute shoes for cheap… Dont risk it.

This company starts a $39.95 monthly membership somehow when you order from them then every month whether you buy something or not they take that money directly from your bank account without your knoledge, then they give you some bs about oh all you heve to do is go in on the site within the first 5bdays and cancel, but when you tell them you want to cancel forever they say to so it online after you have verbally told them over and over. 5 monthes later after they tell me its canceled they are illegally taking the money out of my account still. Then they had the nerve to tell me I never canceled and that there is no indication that I canceled and that I have to tell someone on the phone not on the internet and I did both!!! They are a scam I had to file a claim with my bank over $200 later I had to cancel my card because I didn”t even know this was going on and they won”t stop for anything and they won”t listen to you or get a supervisor on the phone and their boots are cheaply made. At all costs do not do business with just fab you will regret it the only saving grace for my bank I hope is to have them read all of the complaints that I found from other people experiencing the same thing. They are an illegal business and god knows who they are funneling the money to somewhere in the world and your bank account number!!! Stay away from just fab!!! Stay with a reputible company you know like areosoles macy”s amazon. Signed alice schoessow

This company has very shady subscription practices!! I agree with other posters that a reputable company would advertise up front that it is a “shoe of the month” club (or what ever they sell) if you sign up vip. You can sign up and order online, then why can you not cancel the account online? I, as others, “skipped” a month and was still billed for it. I did what they asked I do and they still charged me. If they aren’t going to follow through with their own instructions why should they expect us to follow through. When I called to cancel my account they lied to me and said all my personal info, credit card, etc. Would be deleted immediately, then when I refreshed my screen and asked why it was still there if she had already deleted it, I was given the run around “it has to go up to the supervisors to delete, then all info will be deleted from the system”. When I asked why she told me something different just minutes before she got very rude and told me I must not know about computers, that it takes time to delete that sort of thing. I asked her again why then did she tell me it was immediate, she gave me the run around. When I asked very nicely for a supervisor, she asked why I needed to speak with one, when I asked nicely again she told me to hold and hung up on me. Beware of this company!!! Do not order anything from them without reading everything!!!

They charge you monthly. It seems like a fair deal but be careful. When I signed up and read the terms and conditions, it was an introductory “new members offer” that didn”t state that I would be charged monthly. I only realised when I went on the USA website the terms and conditions. Avoid. The shoes I bought already broken. I wore them once. The stitching has come undone. Not worth 75 pounds I”ve now been charged. Its a scam.

Their subscription service is shady, they charged me 39.95 a month for 2 months straight now. Then when i tried to cancel my subscription she argued with me. Finally they cancelled my subscription. Never ever do business with this company ever again! I thought the 39.95 was a yearly subscription. Very dishonest company. The bad part about it is I know someone who works there. I expected this company to be reputable.

Their offer of “free” subscription turned out to be misleading as I was placed on their monthly subscription plan when I made a purchase, using my credit card information from the purchase. When I noticed I was being charged monthly, I called to cancel, but instead I was placed on a skip a month without my consent and the company resumed charging me monthly. When I called again to question the charges, brooke explained my account had not been canceled in april as requested, but just skipped a month and that the two months charged would not be refunded, even though I canceled in april. Furthermore, the only pair of shoes I purchased were of horrible quality.

You are told nowhere on the website that you will be automatically charged $39.95 whether you buy shoes or not. You have to decline the offered shoes between the 1rst and 5th of the month or you get charged $39.95 for shoes you did not get. When you call, you will told that you cannot cancel, just skip a month by clicking (between the 1-5 of the month). This is a scam that once they get your credit card you cannot get out of. Most certain that they will not give a refund for anything.
