I am here to help you through every step of the way, beginning wherever you are, whatever you are struggling with, in a collaborative type of relationship. My goals as your therapist are to support you, be with you in your process, and help you discover your best self. Feelings of anxiety or sadness may come up, but we will work on removing those obstacles so you can begin developing steps to achieve your goals. I work with compassion, sincerity and non-judgement, and will provide a nurturing environment where you can talk freely about any challenge you are facing. I provide telehealth/video in case you cannot come in the office.
