I aim to offer a non-judgmental environment that provides guidance and support to individuals and their families. The majority of my 25 years of experience has been working with clients who are struggling with life transitions, stress, relationships, depression, anxiety, co-dependency and grief. I assist people in self-observation in order to feel less overwhelmed which improves coping, relationships, and quality of life.My therapeutic style is goal oriented – consisting of goals created with the client. During the first visit, the client’s historical information and current situational information is gathered. Then, together, the client and I determine achievable, realistic goals for therapy and structure sessions around the goals.I believe people can achieve their highest potential and find a greater sense of peace through a deeper understanding of self.
