I am experienced in treating Depression, Anxiety, and issues regarding Communication, Phase of Life, and Self-Esteem. I am also an adoption competent counselor knowledgeable in working with newly formed families.Be Heard Counseling is a safe space for you to gain the skills you need to make the changes you wish to see.
