I cancelled my order within the 14 days on 2/21. They still charged my card. I was told I would receive a refund of $88.46. It has been two weeks and no refund. Customer service claims my card has been declined when they refund. | My credit union states there have been no attempts to refund. This company does not respond to emails and I get the same story when I call. They just refuse to refund my money.
