Families and couples needing help communicating, people who feel stuck or are grieving, adolescents who feel anxiety or depression, parents who need assistance, anyone is adjusting to life’s many transitions. I enjoy working with people who feel they need a nudge out of a tough spot or a nudge into something new. My focus is a holistic and strength based approach. A bilingual mental health counselor, I received a masters from Wake Forest Masters Program in Mental Health Counseling and am registered with the Florida Board as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (#IMH18746). I have experience working with grief groups, trauma, cross-cultural marriages and transitions with adolescents, children and adults. Providing a safe space and confidential communication, I can help you work through the problems you are facing. I can help empower you to do your self-work.
