This company is absolutely abysmal! They made an error in the engraving of a very expensive Leatherman Tool that my wife and I purchased as a gift for our son to celebrate completing his apprenticeship. They point blank refused to take the tool back and give me a refund until, I posted my experiences on several review websites and stated that I would instruct my credit card company to reclaim the money. Having then agreed to refund me, they sent me a returns label and promised a refund once they received the tool back. According to Parcelforce Tracking, they have had the tool since 14 July, since when I have again been emailing them, requesting that they confirm that they have processed my refund. – They have completely ignored my emails. Not only can this company not follow customer’s explicit instructions regarding engraving, but the way in which they treat customers despite ‘their own’ errors and incompetence is disgraceful. Despite the ‘.co.uk’ website address, don’t assume that you are dealing with a UK company. Throughout the ordering process (if you require engraving) and the returns process (if you are unfortunate enough to need it) you will end up dealing with Holland and Germany addresses and websites.
