This is to inform you that I am regularly paying my loan emi on dtd. 10th of every month. But as per my cibil report from last 7 months emi”s is bounced I need explation why it”s showing pending.. As per my knowledge only one emi is pending from my end. I can”t apply loan from from anywhere because of my cibil is to less. Provide me my loan schedule as well. Really I am fed up with kotak bank. I”ll tweet this happening which I am facing from kotak mahindra bank.

This is to inform you that I am Shelly Aneja (Employee Code 62759), was working as SDO at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Miller Ganj (3900) till April 2018 & after that transferred to Gurdev Nagar (3901) branch. On 1st Jan, I put my resignation as I got good opportunity in Foreign Exchange as Branch Operations Manager & my last working day was 31st March. But Mr. Saurav Arora (Cluster Head) & Mr. Rohit Mittal (Branch Head) promised me that they will promoted me as SDO & my grade will also be increased in April 2018. I have asked 9 times that my branch should not be changed, 6 times from Mr. Rohit Mittal & 3 times from Mr. Saurav Arora. Every-time they replied ” You are still here at least for one year”. Actually they played a game. At that time, they hadn”t new employee to join. That was financial year end & only old employee can generate the business. But I couldn”t understand their game & I got back my resignation on dated 23rd of March. On 6th April, Saurav Sir ring me & told that If you want hike in grade then your branch would be changed. MERE HATH TO PEHLE SE HI CUT CHUKE THE … OK KARNE KE ILAVA AUR KOI OPTION NAHI THI MERE PASS. Saurav Sir had decided Feroze Gandhi Branch (0251) & I replied its OK. But on 19th April, When I was on leave, Mr. Rohit Mittal had called me & said that I had been transferred to Gurdev Nagar branch (3901). I couldnot understand why Gurdev Nagar Branch ??????????? I was not comfortable for that branch because that branch is just like a hell. That branch is very much famous for that in all the branches of Ludhiana. Out of existing staff of Kotak, nobody wants to move there. If Kotak forcefully transferred the staff to that branch then the result is in front of you. I am not only the example. Before me many staff had resigned from this branch or get back their resignation if they got transferred to any other branch. I was also offered for transfer but I was literally fed up from the branch. You can check the record of resignee”s from that branch. That time Mr. Kuldeep Laroiya has joined as cluster head & Mr. Saurav Arora transferred to Jalandhar. Mr. Kuldeep Laroiya had visited Miiller Ganj (3900) branch on 20th April & asked me whether I am comfortable for Gurdev Nagar branch My answer was a big “NO”. He told me that decision was taken by Mr. Saurav Arora & I am only the executor. He give me two options. First is to remain on “SO” profile in the same branch and second to pay Rs. 25000/- for change of keys as earlier I had inputter keys in the same branch. At Miller Ganj branch, Sakshi & me had got promoted as SDO on same time. Sakshi had also inputter keys eralier why she had not transferred to other branch. Did Mr. Kuldeep or Mr. Rohit had taken Rs. 25000/- from Sakshi ? I had told to Mr. Rohit Mittal to cancel my promotion. I had also asked many times that I donot want to go to Gurdev Nagar branch otherwise I would resigned there on the very first day after getting bonus. But they didnot take it seriously. They thought that I was kidding. On 21st April, I joined Gurdev Nagar branch. After joined that branch, I had come to know that Mr. Rohit Mittal had to choose one out of me & Sakshi & he choose Sakshi. If they donot want to retain me in that branch then why they forced me to get back my resignation in March month ? Second Interesting thing, When Appraisal Letter released, I was shocked to see that my grade was not increased then why I had been transferred ? Why seniors played such a cheap game ? Why they spoiled my banking career? Mr. Saurav Arora & Mr. Rohit Mittal both had spoiled my career. That time I had the opportunity but now I have nothing in my hand. Even then I had decided to quit from Kotak Bank because I couldn”t work under this type of culture where wrong commitments done by seniors only for the sake that their business couldn”t suffer in financial year end. After getting bonus, I had resigned on dated 1st June & relieved on dated 31.08.2018. During this period, Mr. Saurabh Ghosh, Mr. Saurav Arora & Mr. Amandeep Singh (HR Partner) had visited the branch & discussed the matter, but nothing happened. All of them only offers to change the branch, but nobody talked about grade hike. Simply said that we will confirm that why grade hike not processed. But after that nobody bothers. Who is responsible for this cheating? I am from middle class family & my earnings played an important role in our family expenses.

This is with reference to the Debenture that I have in the Company. I had purchased these debentures in 1996, after which I have not heard from them. I had called the call center they were not aware about anything and said you write to the address (kpc.[protected]@kotaksecurities.com and service.[protected]@kotak.com) and they would response, till date I have not recieved any emails or response from them. I have also given my contact number to them in the email. I have not received any statement or any client number or any update from 1996. I am not sure what has happened to the money that I have invested. I want to redeem them and need to know the procedure. I would appreciate if I can get any help from your end. Regards, Tricia

Well i have worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank, it is probably the worst place to work in the whole financial industry.Not me but you can ask any of the current employees and the news is now widespread among the whole industry now. thats the reason that no one is interested in joining this bank even at good amount of hikes. Well my experience had been a horrible one too. In our MBA colleges we learn about professionalism and working with people with whom you can learn, but at this place there is no word like professionalism and learning from your bosses or any of the seniors well they hardly know about their work so how can you expect to learn from them. They very proudly say that we are among the top 10 best financial companies to work with(rated by Hewitt Associates), well Hewitt i am sure will from this year will not include them in the top 100 also. Infact a mail will be sent to Hewitt also for the same. Well HR is the most amazing department which this bank has, they have been given the mobile phones which they infact never answer.If by mistake they pick up the phone well then they realize somehow that ohh we are working for Kotak Bank.i have been waiting for my final settlement cheque from kotak for the past 2 months, well i did try to contact HR but they dont pick up the phone and by mistake once in a blue moon if they do that, then the simple answer they give is It is in process. Mr.Uday Kotak please if you can do something about the bank do pay some head towards how to manage the employees. The employees in all the branches are treated like dogs, abused on all the things.Well this bank is new into the financial sector, so this is the time you can actually make it a better place to work. Trust me it is in real mess right now. Please if you can send my final settlement cheque also, i will be greatful. Well god bless all the employees of this organization.

Well people I would like to share this also with you all, which is very Critical and you all will be very ashtonished and stuned to know that Devon bhandary who is the so called regional busines manager of kotak (But as per me he is An absolute idiot, a nut case and a # who is a blind follower of his # sud-ordinates – mohan nadkarni, manas # shrivastava) Sends me an ultimatum letter via courier (Dated:31st aug 2012) : Saying that due to my abusive behaviour towards them, I must and should close my kotak savings account in the next 30 days, if not they will close it Forcefully and send the proceeds to my corresponding address Now I want to ask this son of a # devon as who the f* he is to send me an ultimatum to close my savings account, For no mistake of mine, this is the first bank who is forcing a customer to close his account with out his consent, This # devon is acting like he is the owner of kotak, Let me make it very clear that I will not close this account come what may. No one has the right to forcefully close a customer”s account with out his consent, I demand a call back from this # devon and I want to talke to him about what triggered this issue on july 11th in the first place, How can he act on only what his idiotic brainless sub ordinates mohan and manas tell to him, Has he not got his only brain to apply, If still they forcefully close my account on sep 30th 2012, I will challenge this in the court legally Mind it, I request every one who has read this to support the true in this regard Thanks

Well today marks the 51st day of this abuse escalation and still nobody at kotak is least bothered about a customer who was abused to the coreby this # kotak jayanagar branch employee manas shrivastava (Son of a #) who called from his office mobile ph :[protected] twice back to back and used profanity at will which forced me to disconnect the call, I have escalated this abuse incident to : Mohan. [protected]@kotak.com – e-mail id of mohan (Branch manager jayanagar) who another useless idiot Service. [protected]@kotak.com [protected]@kotak.com – Grievance. [protected]@kotak.com – vivek from this team is also most useless employee who inspite hearing to the call recording which I had e-mailed to him (Where in mohan has clearly accepted that manas had used profanity as he took it personally), argues that such a abuse incident never occured at all and this f*”n # vivek kaushal keeps replying to my escalation e-mails using a ready made format, which in itself clarifies how efficiently he works and how much he cares for the customers, Up on all these Devon bandary – the so called regional business manager (I wonder how such #s become managers) Sends a warning letter to my residential address saying my interactions with the kotak jayanagar branch are in an unacceptable manner and I need to refrain from such behaviour (On 16th july 2012), which is a clear attempt to suppress me from taking this abuse incident any further and protect that # manas shrivastava from this issue, and my question to devon is how did he send this warning letter to me with out even talking to me and listen to my view about the incident, which again clearly indicates that Devon, mohan are all trying to shield manas from thie incident, look at the politics and groupism, unhealthy support for an misbehaved, arrogant, mannerless employee manas, All of these – mohan nadkarni, manas shrivastava, devon bandary, haresh hiranandani and vivek Do not care for customer in any ways, they work only for their personal benefits, They do not understand the pulse of customers and useless to work for high profile company like kotak, I wonder how kotak has still such selfish employees or I get a strange feeling that kotak is full of such employees, how will surely get kotak go to dogs I appeal to every body not to have any kind business or interactions with the above mentioned people and also with kotak if you want to stay away from problems and unnecessary trouble, When I posted this compaint on tuesday this week I immediately got a reply from solutions. [protected]@kotak.com saying they will investigate this issue and today is wednesday and still no update, Every body at kotak is useless, they just have set up different departments which are fit for nothing !!! Please please please!!! Do not do any business with kotak or else you will end up like me escalating and fighting for justice

Well today marks the 63rd day of this abuse incident and still I have not been given justice for this abuse issue, I request the top authority of kotak mahindra bank to look in to this issue at the earliest and do the need full asap, If not customer will loose confidence on kotak an very soon kotak will surely go to dogs, Remember one unsatified customer can voice out his frustration against the bank to 100s, And in this inicident kotak employees devon bandary, vivek (Nodal team), haresh hiranandani (Nodal team), mohan narakudhi (Jayanagar kotak branch) and that son of a # manas # shirivatava have all worked at a #ed up team and enied me justice, So I demand the kotak mahindra top management to look in to this issue and Reslove it at the earliest

Worst bank ever, local grocery shop knows what is customer service than this bank!! Opened an NRE/NRO account and false promises were made with regards to changing of phone number and address. I was told to change the same all i have to do is send an email.. Then I get to know its incorrect.. i raise 2 separate request for the changes to be made. Request one gets completed without even my phone number being amended!! Regarding address change request i am told i can raise online request to amend the address within same country only.. i had opened this account with an Indian address ( I had clearly advised this woukd be a temporary one and will change within a month) now i can only change it to an address within India.. i asked the lady who called me from the bank… why will I need an NRI account sitting in India for which she doesnt have an answer and says its the policy!! Policy which doesnt have any common or logical sense. I sent couple of emails and there were absolutely NIL response.. I even emailed one of the branch in charge(Neethu Sharma jayanagar branch in bangalore)… she dint even bother responding either!! Guess this bank just do not care about thier customers at all!!! Pathetic… my issue is still not resolved and its as good as I do not have any account since am unable to use the same!!!

Worst bank I have ever seen in my life. I have been waiting to take my refund back since December 2014. They keep promising to give it back but no result yet. Kotak bank has deducted 10, 000 Rps. charges for not maintaining balance in account without any warning even if I had 10, 000 rps of balance in my account After that they told me to open an NRI and NRE account and to maintain balance for 3 month to get charges back. I have been maintaining balance for almost a year now. Hari Ramdas and Abhinay Kulkarni from Kotak bank, Corporate Office never care for their customers. Worst staff, Worst bank, Worst service. If you have lots of time and lots of money then you can go to Kotak bank. FRAUD BANK, Why don”t you change your bank”s name to FRAUD BANK PVT LTD. Thieves are better than kotak bank. All they need is money.

This is a complaint against an kotak employee who name is manas and he is based In kotak bank jayanagar branch, he is such an arrogant and mannerless # Who dared to call me back from his office mobile ph twice back to back and used Profanity at will which force me who being a customer had to disconnect the calls On my end, this happened on july 11th 2012 afternoon, and since Then I have been escalating this issue to get justice, but nobody in kotak – greviance redressal, Nodal team, customer care nor the jayanagar branch manager mohan narakudhi Have been responsible enough to judge this issue and punish that # manas, On the contrary they all are shielding manas and arguing that such a abuse incident Did not happen at all, I have a voice recording where in the branch manager mohan Himself called me and accepted that manas did use profanity as he took it personally, I appeal to every one of the public not to associate with kotak bank in any ways, Because if a high profile customer like me is getting such a worst treatment from a Front end kotak employee, then this will surely continue with other as well, please Close your accounts with kotak as you are delaying with a # service, from which You can expect only problems and nothing else

This is a complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank. we had taken loan of Rs. 294000/- (Two Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand only). Agreement No: [protected]/01 . in the name of Sanjay Bhanudas Amate, Flat No.3, Second Floor, B-1 Kumar Padmalaya, Off D.P.Road Aundh, Pune – 411007 Agreement Date: 13/02/2004 We wished to foreclose the account and have completed all the necessary formalities in respect of the same. we have foreclosed the Loan account on 9th March 2007. We have received a cheque from kotak mahindra bank an amount of Rs.120750/- for the full and final settlement, which we have to deposit on 10th March, 2007. it was agreed they give N.O.C and return Our PDC Cheque. They have not return our PDC Cheque not only this instead of Request of not present this cheques in our bank. They presented the PDC Cheque for the month of March 2007 an amount of Rs.5999/- which has been cleared from our Bank on 14th March 2007. They have not even given our N.O.C. Very bad service!
