We cancelled our membership when we moved 3 different ways and they keep billing and calling. They call 5 times a day trying to collect and we keep telling them we cancelled 3 different ways. 1 IN PERSON 2 BY EMAIL 3 BY LINK THEY SENT US Weven keep telling them when they call 5 times a day we cancelled and they keep telling them we cancelled and they tell us you can’t cancel by phone only pay. We cancelled our credit cards and they find a waay to bill you new credit card you neever gave them a number to. Credit card company told me they have a relationship with MASTERCARD to be able to find your new creditcard number. | RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE LIKE GETTING GUM ON YOUR SHOE!!!! THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP THEM FROM BILLING YOUR CREDIT CARDS IS TO CANCEL THEM COMPLETELY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A WAY TO FIND OUT YOUR NEW NUMBERS. WHAT CROOKS!!! RUN AWAY FAST NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER YOU WILL NE VER KEEP THEM FROM BILLING YOU.
