This so call National Staffing Company reached out to me and my small women owned employment agency to assist with staffing a client in Indianapolis, Indiana. It sickens me to make this report about this company and its more disturbing that this too is a woman owned business and you would think they would want to support another small minority owned business since they have been around for quite sometime. Upon speaking with this Account Representative about this businss opportunity, it appeared to be a great opportunity and to bring some revenue not only in my business but to help hire individuals in need of work in my community. | Upon reviewing the Contract, I immediately recognized after the Agreement was signed that the communication was going to be a challenged. The National Account Manager who was assigned to me was not easy to connect with and my agency went to work immediately for this company as one of their Associate Suppliers (named) for this Client here in Indianapolis. | As the owner of my business, I began to inquire immediately for assistance in billing and accounting to secure the understanding of this contract. She would say to me “someone will contact me” but the National Account Manager began with requesting services for this client. It disturbed me that she wouldn’t address my need of knowing more about billing and accounting but wanted my company to get to work on servicing their client. | Well, the worst became the nightmare I had imagined that would happened and than this lady by the name of Jennifer Johnson decided to step up to help solve the matter but her bullheaded and abrasive deameanor got the best of her with me. My company for over one week and half managed this client service order but my company was in dire need of assistance with billing and accounting from this company called CareersUSA. Ms. Johnson obviously saw there was a problem after many of emails requesting assistance, she decided to take over the account with this Client and my Company. Her way of handling it was to take my employees, backhandedly and illegally poached my employees for this Client employment needs, never discussing with me her decision to breach my contract and now refusing to pay me for my services after now (3) weeks of servicing this Client employment needs. | And now to find out she’s serves in a dual capacity with this company, General Counsel and Co-Owner of the company. Now it makes sense of her failure to conduct herself in a professional manner with me as Owner of my company, she lack diligency and competency in handling the need of the client, and her true unprofessional conduct as an attorney and disrespect to the law is now of question. | Upon finding out that she deliberately and intentionally tried to sabbotaged my company, defame and slander my business with the Client and my current employees, she took immediate actions toward me and my Company by illegally taking my employees without my knowledge to serve her Client. She argues via email and during phone conversations unnecessarily and now refusing to compensate me and my Company for placing these employees. She comes off as a true non negotiable individual that feels she can do what she want cause she is Jennifer Johnson. Well, now the world will know how she has humilated my company, the Client and the employees that my Company worked very hard for assist with placing for a company in our community. | All I need is for her and unprofessional staffing company is to rectify the financial damages she has caused my small business enterprise and compensate my Company for the works we rendered for CareersUSA and her Client here in Indianapolis. She has even came and met with the staff of the Client, my employees and retained them like they are her employees and not even reached out to me and my Company who was the Associate Supplier on the Account. Under this Associate Suppler Agreement, it speaks clearly that the we don’t comingle employees without the approval of the employer.
