Recently I requested personal assistance from Lacoste Customer Care. Below is a summary of my request and their response Response By Email (Danielle) (10/17/2017 04:18 PM) Good afternoon Bruce, Thank you for emailing Lacoste. Lacoste will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise in saleable condition, with shipment documents or gift receipts from our website within 30 days of delivery (excluding fragrances). Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and all fragrance purchased online or in store are considered final sale. Unfortunately, the item you wish to send back is not eligible for return under those guidelines, therefore we are unable to accept it and issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for shopping at Lacoste. Whether you’re shopping online or stopping by one of our boutiques, we look forward to seeing you soon. I wasn’t satisfied with the smell I need something, smoother, You can offer me something like lacoste pour homme 100 ml I took pics for proof, If you can help me If you need more information Let me know Thank
