So my Mother is 58 years of age and suffers from alopecia. So her purchasing hair is normal, and quality has to be assured. She came across Laquan Fields You Tube page and decided to order a wig through his website. She spent $471 on her purchase and patiently waited. 1 month passed and she began to email Mr. Fields on the arrival of her Wig, she had not yet received a tracking number for the shipment. Laquan Fields would not respond to her email. My Mom sent several emails and called his number given for business, and still got no response. She had to get his attention by waiting for him to go live on Facebook, where she questioned him in front of his live viewers. He immeadiately ended the live feed, and called my Mom through facebook. He was very disrespectful speaking to my Mom in a very condescending tone as if my Mom was a child, name calling and cursing because he was angry at being exposed. | This shows poor professionalism and a lack of knowledge on how to conduct proper customer service to a customer who has already paid him! 5 months later and having to expose his Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube, he has finally sent my Mom a tracking number on a shipment of her product. So we are currently waiting to see what we receive in the mail. | His Better Business Bureau report shows 3 bad reviews which are very similar to this complaint! He needs to be held accountable for his customers who have paid him and not yet recieved any product. Shame on this Man!
