Ordered Adobe CS6 from this website, I had trouble with the credit card payment, suddenly | online “chat” appeared to help me pay. They charged my credit card $ 649.00 and said ships with 2 day delivery. | 7 days go by, I check in “my orders” it says “shipping shortly.” When you call them, you get the classic run-around. It’s all automated ( and phoney).There is no person to connect with. | The email comes back as “no such account” | The “live chat” is never manned or available.another 5 days go by . Ive sent 8 emails and tried many phone calls. | Finally do some research, many people have the same result. No phone, no email, no live chat. | OH- except when you want to pay, suddenly there is online chat. The only time. | This fake company takes your money and that’s it- It’s not even a real company. | There is absolutley NO way to get hold of anyone! They have my money, trying to get the CC company to refund or investigate. | Complete scam.
