I have experience in treating a broad range of issues including: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Dissociative disorder, Bipolar disorder, Grief and loss, and life transition issues. I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology at Smith Colege in Northampton, MA and my Ph.D. at Ohio University. I am willing to help you on your journey to a fulfilling life with peace of mind through individual psychotherapy. My specialty is long term therapy using an active, directive approach with a strong emphasis on the individual patients’ needs. My 9 years at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Westchester County, NY was pivotal in my experience as a psychologist. My office and my therapeutic style have been described as calm, open, and welcoming.
