First hassled for months by a pesky sales guy that just wouldn’t stop calling. Then finally convined that the services may be worth something. Afterall, I was a new business owner that definitely needed more clientle. After a few months of no return on investment, I attempted to terminate my account with no success. Finally I was able to get Winston Dangler’s supervisor to communicate with me about the possibilities of termination. Her name is Megan Nelson and she’s pretty useless too. I mean they give you this “customer experience person” that is suppose to help/guide you or whatever, so that you actually see some benefits from the service. Yo uwant to know what they do instead, absolutely nothing. They do nothing. They may call you once or twice, but otherwise they could care less about you. | Eventually, Megan and Winston agreed to a termination of my account with Lead FOrensics. At that time, I was sent the termination contract and final invoice. Clearly neither of these mattered to them though, as I was billed for the wrong amount in December and then billed another time in January for the same $3,400+ termination fee! | Now I get to enjoy my Sunday afternoon on the phone with card member services to resolve this issue. Thank you so much for being absolutely useless Lead Forensics.
