We are longtime loyal customers of lesportsac and had purchased many items from them. A few weeks ago, we went in to buy our daughter a backpack. There was a posted sale advertising all backpacks but one specific one. We selected from the non-excluded, but at the register they refused to honor the sale terms. Here it gets worse. My wife called their CS line many times with no callback. I left a message for a manager. No callback. And they then changed the add to include the backpack we purchased among the excluded items. Obviously a mistake, and we would have been ok if they had just treated us respectfully and owned up to their mistake. Instead, I’m spending my even telling this story to you, so you’ll understand how they do business should you find yourself in need.
