ve been buying from these people for years, typically when they have sales, and up until recently was completely satisfied. However, over the past month, my experience has completely changed for the worst. I was a Premier member which is supposed to qualify you for a better overall experience, and instead, I encountered people trying to rip me off. In both September and October when I attempted to use what was showing as active sale discount codes I was told that they weren’t active and that I couldn’t use them. The codes in question were listed in a snail mail catalog with the listed expiration date of 10/15/18, today’s date is 10/11/18. After some persistent digging by me, I was told there were multiple accounts in my name leading to some alleged confusion. I believe this answer to be a complete lie and in point of fact a bait and switch tactic designed to rip customers off. None of this explanation makes any sense at all as I’d placed multiple recent orders using the same code in September of this year. I’ve also placed multiple orders using various sales codes over the past year without a single problem before now. I haven’t changed or altered any of my account information and this entire problem was created by Life Extension. Please consider shopping elsewhere as you can do better than this shady company that doesn’t value longtime customers at all.
