Ordered “Vision Rx20” and was talked out for the Intensive Course (for six months treatment) for $124.95 | and instead received a two months treatment of “Vision RX20” plus “Arteria 100” (CoQ10 30mg) 30 each, three bottles, | for $185.75. | I was not advised at the time of ordering that “Arteria” was nothing but CoQ10 but was told it was essential for making | “Vision Rx20” work (not on the advertisment that prompted my purchase). | I already take CoQ10 at much higher dosage at a much lower price. | After contacting the customer service number (June 6) , wanting to return the CoQ10, I was told to keep it and would be given a 50% refund for $37.42 and thow or give away the unwanted product. | After todays contact, I was told it would take 4-6 week to process the refund requested on June 6. | On the original flyer it stated that there is a 365 day refund policy : “Either you are delighted, or you are reimbursed 100%”. | Well, I am NOT delighted and asked to return the products for a refund and then was told that the could not be done because | they already have closed my account (!???!). I have no recourse ! BTW the company is actually located in Canada. | How is that for “NON CUSTOMER SERVICE” and a total rip off ?
