Want to return and receive my money back. the most horrible quality;not fit to wear. Took a very long time to receive and then merchandise arrived with no invoices, and the poorest quality of merchandise. I could not or would not wear them. I want my money back and I will return the sub standard merchandise. Very difficult to contact merchant, as they probably do not exist in the US.

HORRIBLE company to do business with! Never shipped my item. Gave me a fake tracking number over a month ago and will not refund my money! I placed a 2nd order and what I received is so off sized it is ridiculous! Over 10 inches different in the measurement advertised on their size chart and the actual item. Again REFUSE to return my money!!!!

They claim returns are easy, yet after several attempts to return ill fitting products, all they have done is practically beg me to keep the purchase & refer me to an inadequate sizing chart. They will NOT give me return instructions (an authorized approval code is needed) & the customer service phone number does not work.

How is this Company Linkshe still able to continue trading when they are so obviously a FRAUD I paid over £14.93 for an order that took 2 months to deliver and then when it arrived the top was for a Child and they will neither take it back or refund my money I have spent hours of writing and sending e-mails which they just ignore and I see on the Website reviews for this Company that it is happening all the time, I paid by Debit Card.

I clicked on an adorable dress on facebook that was reasonably priced. I got the dress over a month later and the dress was nothing like the one in the photo. The fabric was a different color and was very cheap. The size was very weird. The bottom of the dress was super tight and the bust area was so wide that it looked to be designed for a man. When I contacted them they asked for a photo. Then they suggested that I give the dress to someone as shipping was not practical and they offered me something in return – Not specified but I am assuming that they were going to give me some money off another purchase which is ridiculous, I would obviously never buy something from them again. They got the ‘gist’ of the dress but just don’t understand sizes. | Then when I said that I wanted to return the dress and asked that they please send me the return address. They replied w/ the below response: | hello, this is the shipping address you can return the order : | LIU ZHENHUA | Room 1331, 1 building, 333 Lane, Jingang road, Pudong, Shanghai, 201206, China | more information you need to care : | 1 ,please send us by post office or registered mail ,and email us the tracking no. | after the shippment . if the package causes some tax because you hadn’t used the right shipping method ,you need to bear the tax. | 2,please put this on your package :RMA S1701200136264944 0216 | 3.please tell us the return tracking number, after we get the package, we will issue you the 60% refund, but the return might take a long time, so please wait patiently. | Thank you. | So basically I have to pay more money to return a horrible item to only get a portion of my money back. I have learned a very good lesson – I will never purchase anything from an add in Facebook and will encourage everyone I know not to as well.

I had originally ordered a bathing suit from Linkshe.com back a few months ago. On thier sight they promised a 30 day return policy if their chart size was wrong. Well, it was!! I tried to return it by talking on line since they do not have a number to call. They acted like they did not understand my words. I asked how to return the item. Their answer was “what more can I do for you”, “what is it you need?” “I give you discount” “keep it”. I gave up and decided to order the same bathing suit in a larger size. Well guess what? I got the same size bathing suit! $50 later I am frustrated I tried to contact them again. What a joke. No go for a refund. Ok, knowing they are a scam. There are two of us women who plan a joke on some friends and thought we would wear these suits with our white shades and floppy hates. (yes we are old) Well now since we have two of the suits in the same size that I was unable to return. We now have a third old woman, ME who needs the larger size. I contacted them again today for a discount for all the trouble and their sweet online operator hung up. LOL | I’m just an old woman wanting to make things right for the next person that gets ripped off by Linkshe! I hope this helps in getting them shut down. Bad news! | Thanks for listening.

I have been trying repeatedly to return 3 shirts, which don’t fit…..the last time they answered back was 12/25/16 Telling me they can only give a 10-15% refund, BUT…..IT WOULD COST way to much to send then back. Their words… .sell then on ebay or Craigslist These clothes are made poorly in I’m guessing sweatshops & all I want is my refund. They REFUSE to send me a return address & there is NO PHONE NUMBER.

I have had 14 emails with Linkshe. I have spent $200 and I contacted them immediately after I received them letting them know that the clothes don’t fit and I checked the size chart and this is what they had for the solution to the problem “Dear customer,we feel sorry that you are not satisfied with our product.Our price of your order is very cheap,it is not so perfect like some expensive item, pls understanding ,but we will do better.If you can keep your order,we will refund you 10%-15% of your order to make up your loss.Because if you want to return or exchange your order,you need to pay for the shipping fee,the price of the shipping fee is a little expensive.” So please don’t shop on this Site.

What a horrible place! I ordered a swimsuit three (!!!) months ago and it never (!!!) arrived. Tell me what the heck is going on? I can’t contact them. They publish no information about themselves. I guess they are aware of what crap they sell and intentionally hide from customers and avoid us at all costs. Remember one simple thing about them: once you spend the money buying from them, guy should say goodbye to your money and to the items you ordered.
