It would be my pleasure to help you navigate the many ages and stages of life when you feel like you simply don’t know what to do or cannot go on with the current state of affairs. My focus is to help my clients develop healthy independent coping skills, manage daily stress, identify and restructure negative thought and behavior patterns that are holding you back from living your best life, improve communication techniques, learn when and how to implement boundaries in relationships, improve self-awareness and esteem, and so much more. I enjoy educating and empowering individuals through the identification of strengths, processing of life experiences, increasing coping skills, resolving conflict, and overcoming obstacles to becoming their desired ideal self. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and trusting environment where we can come together to help you reach your goals.
