This moving company was even worse that US-1 and I suspect there is a connection between the two. I even said as much, prompting them to make so many misteps that if I was at first suspicious, I am now certain. They may also be under American Moving Company so check those guys out as well. If not accredited with BBB, DO NOT USE. They know what they are doing is wrong and when caught will change their name or tag on a new DOT so unsuspecting customers will think they are reliable. I have made it a mission to weed these frauds out so legitimate companies will not have to deal with these bad apples. | This company was hired to move me from NY to GA in 2017 and it was their deception that prepared me for the current rippoff company US-1 Van lines. I would advise you to NOT book any company who is not accredited with BBB. They suck!!! They quoted about 5000, then tried (yes TRIED) to get me to pay over S16,000. They even bashed me on the BBB when I reported them and was able to use the idiots own pictures of their bragging I was at fault to soundly beat the losers at their own game. So now this company who no one can tell me is not linked to them is trying the same stunt. This time though I’m taking it all the way to court, something I may now do with Long Distance Van Lines since I am withing the filing period. | This is no game as far as I’m concerned and experience means I most definitely will NEVER give in. When accused of deception, they site was changed the next day so no complaints can be filed. These shiesters seem to think that that will stop the exposure. WRONG! With this new ripoff, I am about to become their worse nightmare and expose their fraud until the either do right or fold. I’ll see THESE clowns in court too. They got into serious trouble with DOT and I’m willing to bet they were shut down since they ‘claim’ on BBB they are only in business for a year. Liars! I’m going to write them up on that as well. STAY AWAY from them! I will be happy to include the correspondence should this be challenged seeing what has now happened again, I’m going to take these fools to court. If they are that greedy to sacrifice their business, at the very least it should make them less cocky taking advantage of others for personal gain.

Refusal to pay for repairs. Damage to many items. Terrible customer service. This company smashed several boxes that I packed myself. They moved my things from a truck used at pickup, to a different truck for delivery. I saw that my things were smashed into a 75ft truck with other deliveries. When my shipment was unpacked, my boxes were smashed and the items inside ruined. I asked them to repair items THEY packed. They agreed to pay for the repair of an antique chair; however, they are refusing to pay for the repair of the stone they broke stated that “it was not on the inventory.” | Well it wouldn’t be on the inventory since it was packed in their box and marked “box.” I sent them before and after pictures and asked them to reconsider, and they don’t reply. When I first filed my claim they did not reply until I called several times, over several months. This company rips people off. | Once you pay a deposit you cannot have it back. Then they charge by cubic feet, knowing full well they will be jamming your antique furniture into an oversized truck. When the delivery came, it was impossible to park the truck in a reasonable place because it was so large and they knew they were coming to downtown Los Angeles. | Finally, they refused to take things off of the truck until I paid an additional $300 for a “long carry.” My son and I ended up moving much of it ourselves just so we could get it done and get the truck out of the street. As a former federal employee, I have moved my antiques 6 times in the last 10 years, from Asia, to Europe, to America, with NO DAMAGES. This is the first time in almost 20 years, and over 15 moves, over 3 continents that I have experienced such terrible customer service, refusal to get my deposit back even though I was only 1 day out of the “window” for getting it back, the movement of my furniture from one truck to another, and having so many things damaged and smashed. | And now, finally they refuse to pay for an antique stone to be repaired that I purchased from Japan and can never replace. This company will say anything to get people to pay. I was in a desperate situation, and they took advantage of me. I am over 50, and not a wealthy person. I have moved more times than I can count, and have never filed a complaint. They owe me a lot more than the repair of the stone. They owe me for the way they treated me, and for the smashed antiques in the boxes I packed that they clearly did not take care of. Please assist me with this matter. This has been a nightmare. I came across the country to start a new job and things that I have collected in my career are ruined forever.
