So i decided to order the Loreal Elnett Satin heat protect styling spray, great product. I had options on where to buy it, but decided to do it here. I prefered it because it had a great nozzle which is easier to use, it was more $, but that is what i wanted. So i get the product, to find that it had a press down button which is not what i paid for or saw on their page. I called to let them know that is not what i ordered and was told, it was and was asked to send it back at my own expense. I explained that it is the product, just not the correct nozzle. I was asked to send a picture and i did. Then again i was now asked to send a picture of the bar code, i did. All of this is ridiculous since they based on my account they know exactly what they sold me. After almost a month of back and forth, nothing was done. It is stupid that i send the product back at my own expense since they didn’t send what they advertised. I called again and was told that that particular nozzle was disconntinued. So why not advertise that as well. Basically, make sure you get what you are asking for and not what they want and have available, beacuse you will be asked to send it back at your own expense.
