Probably one of the worst experience dealing with their customer service #[protected]. I placed my order three weeks ago and it did not go through as they told me my name on the credit card and the name on billing address was different. i called and changed it (this time had same names). again my order was cancelled so i called was told by the representative in a very rude tone that i keep on changing my names thats why the order is not going through. she blatantly replied that Luis Vitton cannot help me to place my order online, seriously guys this the kind of customer service you guys give.

Seller sold wallet as an authentic lv wallet on june 27, 2011, never used as I was planning to use for a trip in december but due to unforseen financial problems decided to sell to a friend who then let me know on november 14th that the wallet was a fake. I then let seller know who said she took the wallet to an lv store for authentication and for me to send the wallet photos to caroldiva for authentication. I forgot to mention I purchased it off ebay from her. I let seller know that I was taking her up on her suggestion. But it was already too late because carol diva had already looked at the listing as well as the photos that I sent her and she did inform me that the wallet was indeed a counterfeit/fake. I have also called the lv stores and they do not authenticate lv items as it is their policy. I am getting my money back because I paid by credit card but I do want people to know that this seller sells fake items also. I can forward my email if requested the email that caroldiva sent to me that the wallet is a counterfeit. Please let this be processed.

Purchased:12/18/2010 item m56689 totally mm mmg Bag has rip in middle panel near top; other side shows the same type of rip with more rips soon to come. Bag has had minimal use over the 6 yrs 3 mos. Leather not holding up. Took bag to houston galleria store and was taken back to repair. Was told bag could not be repaired and that the rips were due to normal wear. Bag is barely 6 years old! Asked to speak with store manager. Ops manager, lauren, spoke with me and repeated what associate stated… Bag could not be repaired and there was nothing the store could do. Was given client services number and called while still in the store. Client services put me on hold and contacted the store; client services just repeated what the store ops manager had told her-that nothing could be done. Asked to speak to a client services manager; was told that she was a manager and that there was nothing that could be done-the store had the final say on the bag! Bag purchase was $970.00. Would like credit for at least $500.00. Bag was purchased based on reputation for being a durable product!

Purchased a speedy bag from the Louis Vuitton store in Richmond VA for $600+ in December 2007. Noticed December 2008 it was beginning to crack up. To make a long story short, took it to back to the store thinking I could get another bag but lo and behold was told that my bag was not defective. That Quality Control determined from looking at the pictures of the bag that I had put lotion on the bag. I informed the manager why in the world would I put lotion on a purse and furthermore I never even wiped the bag off. Louis Vuitton is riping consumers off. We pay all that money for their merchandise and they treat their customers terrible. Let”s spread the word to everyone to not shop at Louis Vuitton.

Purchased a pair of $700 sun glasses only to last 4 weeks before they fell apart. We returned them to the Sydney George St Store, only to hear all the BS and excuses trying to get out of fixing them. Final agreed to fix and replace the small grub screw missing. It has now been 2 months and nothing back. We called them and get promised of a return call but no one does. In fact the staff seem to have a big chip on their shoulder and seem to think they are above us all and the customer need them. I have spent over 20k on goods in the LV stores over the years on my wife, the usual 3k bag and expensive jewellery. A 2k necklace for my wife birthday in Vegas on the promise they would exchange in any store if she does not like it. Only to take it back a few days later to the LV store in the Beverly Centre LA, only to be told No and go away and take it back to Vegas by a stuck up rude pig named Tim Akinmurele, even though we were going to buy a 4k bag he just sent us on our way. We got the felling 2 or 4k was not enough money for his caliber of customer, quite amazing to say the least. People really need to be careful in the LV shops and if you buy they won”t honour their word, its worth nothing. There is just no customer care or service, totally stuck up rude people who look down on others. Well this fool has been bitten twice now but never again, plenty of other good brands and I will stick with the Sun Glass Hut for my Sun Glasses, never a problem with them! Garbage service & goods @ LV!

This lady is a cynical liar!!! she bought my LV Manhattan Bag on ebay, Immediately after she received the bag she claim and swear up and down the bag I sold her was a replica. In her emails she informed me the leather should not patina as they don”t?? are you kidding me, anyone owned a real LV knows in time the leather patina to a brownish color! only the fake one does not patina like a real one. She requested do I have proof, I uploaded a purchase receipt on ebay. She turn around and said the bag is not in good condition. I got tired of it and agreed to refund if she return my bag. She requested I refund her for shipping it back and the full amount before she ship it back. I knew she is up to no good. She file a dispute on ebay and I immediately agreed buyer have to return seller”s item for a refund. She must return with tracking info. She provided a bogus tracking info and claim it was shipped. She pursued to call ebay customer support claiming she ship it out and some how she manipulated ebay (live ebay customer support person is the most stupid and have no clues what is going on) to refund her. And they did, now i am out of the bag and money. I emailed her several times request the return of my bag. she claim it”s lost at postal. First of all the tracking info was bogus cause it does not show transit info or it was scanned. Second, i requested her to provide postage receipt, she never did. This lady is a low life scam artist that reside in Chula Vista, CA. Her address is above and she goes by ebay user: upscaledesigns69. I filed a IC3 with the FBI and local authorities. I hope this lady will be put away.

While on vacation in Kiln, Germany, I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit a Louis Vuitton store. My family and I had saved for this trip for the last 2 years in order to be able to purchase a Louis Vuitton bag for myself and also a set of luggage and a couple of belts for my teenage Sons. There was 6 of us and our party and we were not one time assisted by anyone in the store. There was about 8 other people in the store which were all Asians and we”re being assisted. My daughter picked up a wallet and looked at it and put it back and at this time and a Louis Vuitton associate approached her and told her that she was not allowed to touch any of the merchandise she needed to wait and have someone assist her. There were Associates in the store that were standing and not assisting us and we have been in the store approximately 15 minutes no one said anything the only person that spoke to us was the one associate who said something to my daughter and the nice gentleman who opened the door to let us in which he was security. My whole purpose for visiting Louis Vuitton was because I wanted to make a purchase I had been saving money for a couple of years for this specific purpose. I”ve always been impressed with Louis Vuitton but not anymore Louis Vuitton is not on my list of things to purchase again during my lifetime. I never thought that I would be from the United States and in another country and still feel indifferent. I am definitely disappointed with Louis Vuitton. I am ugly disgusted that my 15 year old children and my daughter son-in-law and my son-in-law”s mother had to endure this type of treatment I would hope that Louis Vuitton would have some type of training classes for these individuals who are nasty and rude or just not employ them. I work very hard for the last couple of years in order to save $10, 000 just to shop at this store. Zero for the whole company ! A big fat Zero for selling knowingly a boho flower bag which smells of poop. Well done LV ! I go to Harrods – our best store in the luxury retail sector in UK – to buy a bag for my wife for no particular reason. I am fairly seasoned in the purchase of expensive items and do accept that you do get issues with goods even if they are on the high end but this one has won all prices for deceit and frankly dodgy market like behaviour. Again well done, not for selling a bag with the added extra of poop smell. It makes it so Louis Vuitton.

Purchased an LV bag which I wanted to years…I carried it for five months and the strap is coming apart. The LV store wanted $140 to repair it; the customer service headquarters would do nothing. They claim it is their policy to charge for repairs. The CS rep told me that their bags come with NO GUARANTEE. Really. Where else can you spend over $1200 on a bag, carry it for five months and have it come apartment – Kmart. I will never purchase another LV product. Kim Bailey

The manager in LV Bahrain (Nabeela) could not understand basic human dealing principles, at the end she accepted a returned bag as a gift and declined/insisted any refunds.LV is an amazingly greedy enterprise, DO NOT BUY OR DEAL with LV, specially Bahrain branch. Not only lack of design and innovation, but also bad customer service, just want to bluff customers…The attitude is typical, they are here to rip-you-off, be very careful people when you deal with LV

The sales representatives at the short hills mall store have been very rude and inexperienced. I ordered a bag which they didn’t have in stock at the store so it was ordered from their warehouse. The lady put in an order of 4 bags instead of one. Had I not checked the receipt at home I would have been charged a whopping amount of $. On my second trip their for another purchase to the same store the sales rep was so rude and inconsiderate. She did not want to answer any questions and almost made me feel like I was impinging on her precious time and needed to be out of that store. I would’ve made a purchase but her rudeness and negative attitude stopped me from doing so. Someone really needs to pay attention to this stores sales crew because it has been consistently bad. I have shopped at other Louis Vuitton stores elsewhere in the country where I have been met with wonderful customer service but at short hills it has always been awful.
