I have used Family Tree Maker for a number of years. When Ancestry.com transferred this system to Mac Kiev, I purchased the recommended update (2017) version of FTM from them. I have been unable to access my Family History records since then.
Direct requests for some action by Mac Kiev have resulted in nil progress. It seems that years of research and records are now lost to me.
Now I wish to unsubscribe and avoid further annoyance and frustrations. I have been unable to access a means to unsubscribe.. I demand Either they enable access to the FTM 2917 which I paid for OR allow me to unsubscribe.. I don’t recommend them
