Booked car hire via AutoEurope for 8 days on arrival at the desk we had to wait well over an hour (maybe a tactic to wear you down) Was told we didn”t have any extra insurance to cover accidents which I thought was booked with AutoEurope we agreed to add an additional driver & a sat nav I was shown a charge which to be honest I just signed without ready all the info (being really tired after all the travelling & waiting, also very aware of people behind wanting to get their cars ). Was told that the original booking costs would be deducted from the final costs which has not happened. This is the most expensive & worst service I have ever received from hiring cars abroad.
