We purchase an pellet stove Piazzetta from Maritime Fireplace INC It was a beautiful till we had issue with it. We had many service calls for this pellet stove they took it apart and rebuild it, we must had about 10 or more service calls for this pellet stove the owner was good enough to take it back and we got another Pellet stove same brand last Feb. they installed it and it worked great for about 3 week. Then we had 5 service calls on this pellet stove they even change the computer board did a overall on it. I must lost about 30bags of 40lbs bags of pellet that wasn’t burnt (un burnt but chard ) even took a picture of it in my ash can burning outside the next morning the pot where the pellet drop in was always filled of un brunt pellets. Finally we had enough I purchase another pellet stove for a nearby company. When we ask Maritime Fireplace INC to come and get this stove and we wanted our money back they did minus 20% that $720.00 for something that didn’t work. I wouldn’t have a issue if I return the stove and there was no issue to pay for restocking fee but the stove given us trouble after 3 weeks of owing it I feel that I shouldn’t have to pay for restocking fee for something that DIDN’T work. So I like to have my money back and be nice if I can get 30 bags of pellet back that I lost for there product that didn’t work right.
