We all struggle from time to time. Everyone needs help at some point. I know what it’s like to need a hand and how important it is to find it from a non-judgmental source. One of the key elements in the way I work with you is to listen to your story. Each of us is unique, each story is different so I take great care to listen and understand how you see things and what is important to you. My goal is “to walk in your shoes”.I have always had a passion for mental health, working in the UK and US for over 30 years. I am a Qigong teacher which in combination with “talk” therapy I utilize to help you to tap into your own inner silence – an ability that we all have within us.Through EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and mindfulness practices including meditation and Qigong. Developing a healthy lifestyle I can also help you learn to approach daily living from a more balanced place. These practices allow one to better manage the stressors of daily living, relationship problems and major life changes.
