The maynilad employee disconnected our service today. We already advised him that the bill was already paid and we even showed him the copy of the receipt (via messenger as the receipt was with my husband). The staff declined to provide his name and advised that he will still disconnect the service as he cannot see the receipt (even though it was clearly stated in the picture the amount being paid and the account number). He also said that we can remove the lock if we really paid the bill. Will he shoulder the penalty for this? What will Maynilad do with this kind of complaint? Are you able to know who the employee is? What will be the sanction for this kind of employee?
