These patterns can also limit our ability to respond in a logical way to our present challenges. My background is in health, psychology, and neuroscience, and my specialty is helping individuals overcome limiting patterns that cause stress, by teaching them how to optimize mental well being and brain function. I incorporate mindfulness and meditation techniques, acceptance, and often nutrition based on your unique goals. I love helping people on the journey to health and happiness, and also teach private and group yoga classes and workshops.
