Product was packaged as a brand new vacuum on clearance. Was packaged as it should of been box in perfect condition. Also had security device on product. Paid cash 100 and change. Got it home and took out of box to find it filthy and used. Human hair stuck in brissels. Reservoir full of gather and dirt and I smelled like a litterbox. I understand that it was a clearance item but it was sold as a new item. No where ever have I bought something new and found out that someone in your company probably management made the call to do that. That is complete false advertising to the fullest. And I undertstand your return policy and dont. Feel like it fits this certian incident. Seeing how alot more was wasted tgan just my money. May of had flees or bed bugs living inside. And may have infected my home with whatever your company decided to sell me. Among the endless possibilities of what the vacuum may have been used on proir to being in my house. Scares me to death to think what may now be around my children with low immune system. Aslo elderly woman with fibromyalgia and the smallest illness will cuase hospitalization and possibly death. With all that aside. Im just very upset. With how your store conducted such dishonesty and thievery. Im very curious on how you guys plan to take care of this. She yelled at me “What’s your problem?” I ignored her. Told her when I FINALLY got up there she was SLOW, she responded it was the computers fault, NOT. I heard stories of her grandfathers health problems while she checked out the lady in front of me. Purchased 10-27-18 2 meijer brand onion dip opened, one it is just sour cream, took pictures and copy of receipt, same expiration date, do I return to store and 1 unopened ? Bought this product before no issues, but when you are at a party and open this as onion dip and ends up being just sour cream! Oops what is on the label should be inside, disappointed customer!!!

This is the third visit in the last month to the Adrian meijer store for me to the deli where the wait has been at least 15 min for me. There are usually only 2 people actually helping the masses and the others are either talking to each other or standing waiting for chicken to be done. Today there was three actually working when I pulled my number and then one announced it was her lunch time and then stopped to talk to someone for 5 min in the Chicken area while there are 7 in line waiting. After I finally was served, by a very nice and fast young man, I saw the deli team leader come back and I told her these same comments. Something needs to be done. I do not have this issue at country market and while I love meijer for everything else…the delI is very disappointing. People abandoned today that were in line in front of me. You are losing potential business. Look forward to seeing improvement or I am going to skip the deli here myself too.

To Whom It May Concern, On March 13, during my shopping experience at Meijer, I noticed a large special display in the end aisle that had Knorr Selects rice packages. The sign above was clearly marked 10 for 10. After double checking, I placed two in my cart. As I checked my receipt after arriving home, I noticed that I was charged $1.89 each bringing the total to $3.78. I was mildly perturbed, as I had purchased them under the understanding they were on sale. I shop almost exclusively at Meijer, and have always found your customer service above reproach…until today. I took my receipt to the customer service desk, and mentioned to the person my belief that I was overcharged. She informed me that even though the sign said 10 for $10, $1 each, the packages were indeed $1.89. She indicated that she knew what display I was referring to, and had seen the sign…she did not recognize the misleading nature of the display, even though I pointed out it clearly was marked $10 for $10, and refused to acknowledge Meijer”s false advertising. I am disappointed. Shopping at the Three Rivers & Coldwater Meijer stores have always been pleasant. Sigh. I would appreciate it if you would honor the $1 cost & refund me $1.78. It”s the principle.
