Life has a peculiar way of setting us on paths that we never expected to travel. For some, this means finding yourself “stuck”, lost, lonely, depressed, or anxious. Others find themselves struggling with a major life transition, health condition, or traumatic life event or loss they never imagined experiencing and now not getting the support they need to move forward. Perhaps you have found yourself juggling so many different roles or responsibilities, you feel like you can no longer manage to balance or focus. We don’t choose for these things to happen, but they happen.I believe that every individual has the power to improve their quality of life, even when presented with the most perplexing set of challenges. My role as a therapist is to help you, through our relationship, to regain that sense of control within your life as we work together.People are unique. I respect that individuality by customizing my approach as I get to know who you are and what you hope to gain. Then, by balancing support with gentle challenges through our relationship, we create a “toolbox” to help you regain control of your life and move forward.
