I combine techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and meditation into my sessions. I am familiar with working with clients who have experienced or are experiencing trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, grief, chronic illness, depression, life transitions, and more.Through a collaborative and supportive relationship, I want to help you identify areas you want to change and to help get you “unstuck” from patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving you. I believe that all humans have the capacity to live a deeply satisfying life.
