There may be times that your life just doesn’t seem to be working despite your best efforts and intentions. This may show up in a variety of ways, such as, a sense of meaninglessness or feelings of being stuck in a dead-end job, relationship or destructive habit. Repetitive patterns of thinking and the idea that you should know what to do frequently “holds you in place”. In my experience, the fresh insights you are seeking to move you forward in your life can often be discovered when you are given the space, time and support to hear them.My approach is person-centered, affirming, and integrative. Although I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, I do not adhere to a prescriptive or one-size-fits-all intervention style. At the heart of my approach is the belief that true presence and deep listening can be a powerful remedy in healing.
